Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing through SΛBLE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older AND the authorized cardholder to make purchases. By checking out you confirm both. Minor purchases and chargebacks from cardholder disputes will result in account bans.

3. Purchases & Delivery

Products are digital goods delivered instantly after payment via Discord DM and/or your account dashboard. Delivery is deemed complete when the license key or product access is sent to the email/Discord ID provided at checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of contact info. If we cannot reach you, that is not our liability.

4. Subscription Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the tier interval (weekly / monthly) until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time via your dashboard or by opening a ticket. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
• Subscriptions carry a 30% discount vs equivalent one-time purchases. Reflected in advertised prices.
• Access ends when the current paid period expires.

5. One-Time & Lifetime Purchases

• One-time purchases grant access for the stated period (1 day / 1 week / 1 month) and do not renew.
• "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product's existence on SΛBLE, not your biological lifetime. If we sunset a product, lifetime access ends when the product is retired. In that case existing lifetime holders receive advance notice and, at our discretion, a credit toward another product.

6. Coupons

• Coupon codes are limited-time promotional discounts issued at our discretion.
• Only one coupon per order. Coupons cannot be stacked, transferred, or applied retroactively.
• We may revoke or modify coupons at any time. Fraudulent or shared use will be voided.

7. AnyDesk Setup Add-On

The $10 AnyDesk setup add-on is a service where a SΛBLE staff member connects to your PC via AnyDesk and configures the product for you. By purchasing this add-on you grant temporary remote access to your device solely for setup. Access is terminated as soon as setup is complete. We do not access files unrelated to the setup task.

8. Refund & Replacement Policy

All sales are final. License keys and product access are considered consumed on delivery. Refunds cannot be issued once a key or access has been provided.

Exceptions at our sole discretion:

• Duplicate charge (verified transaction records)
• Wrong product delivered — we will replace with the correct product
• Product broken and unrepairable within 72 hours of purchase — replacement or credit at our choice

Chargebacks/disputes filed with your bank without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban across all SΛBLE services.

9. Reseller Program

• Approved resellers may sell SΛBLE products via their own channels.
• Default split: reseller keeps 35%, SΛBLE keeps 65% of gross revenue. Split is negotiable per agreement.
• Resellers must open a ticket in the #reseller-inquiry channel to be approved. Unapproved resale is prohibited.
• Resellers are responsible for their own customer support unless otherwise agreed. Fraudulent resale or key duplication results in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending payouts.
• Payouts occur monthly, minimum $50 accrued, via mutually agreed method.

10. User Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials and license keys private. Sharing them = your license terminated with no refund.
• Do not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our products unless enrolled as an approved reseller.
• Comply with laws in your jurisdiction. Use of our products may violate the Terms of Service of the games they target. That is between you and the game publisher.
• Do not use SΛBLE products to harass, dox, or harm others.

11. No Warranty

Products are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that products will be uninterrupted, undetected, or free of defects. Anti-cheat systems evolve and detections happen despite best efforts. Purchasing SΛBLE = acknowledgement of that risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SΛBLE and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to: game bans, hardware bans, account loss, data loss, or lost gameplay time. Maximum aggregate liability = the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

13. Termination & Enforcement

We may terminate your account and access, without refund, for: violation of these Terms, chargeback fraud, key sharing, harassment of staff or users, or any conduct we deem harmful to SΛBLE or its community.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in Discord #announcements. Continued use = acceptance of revised Terms.
