Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information needed to operate SΛBLE, including:

• Email address and hashed password when you create an account
• Discord user ID when you link your Discord for role delivery
• Payment metadata (transaction ID, product, amount) — we never see or store your card number
• Communications you send us (tickets, emails, Discord DMs)
• Basic technical data (IP, browser, referrer) for fraud prevention

How We Use Your Information

• Fulfill orders and grant product access
• Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, order confirmation)
• Assign your Discord role after purchase
• Respond to support requests
• Prevent fraud, chargebacks, and abuse

Third-Party Processors

We use the following services to run SΛBLE. Each processes limited data on our behalf:

• Supabase (accounts, sessions) — email, hashed password, session tokens. Privacy policy.
• Resend (transactional email) — email address, message content. Privacy policy.
• Discord (community + product delivery, payment coordination via tickets) — Discord user ID, roles, ticket messages. Privacy policy.
• Cloudflare / hosting provider — request logs, IP addresses.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it beyond what these processors need to function.

Data Retention

• Account data — retained while your account exists. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
• Order records — retained 7 years for tax and chargeback purposes.
• Support conversations — retained 1 year, then deleted.

Data Security

Passwords are hashed by Supabase (bcrypt). Communications use HTTPS. Payments are coordinated in Discord tickets — we do not store card numbers or crypto wallet keys on our servers. No method is 100% secure — you accept residual risk.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: a session cookie from Supabase to keep you logged in, and a preference cookie for theme/site settings. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your Rights

You can:

• Access your data — Dashboard shows everything we have
• Correct your data — edit email/password from account settings
• Delete your account — open a ticket in Discord or email support
• Export your data — request a JSON export via ticket

EU/UK users: you have GDPR rights. California users: you have CCPA rights. Same procedures apply.

Age

SΛBLE is not directed at anyone under 18. Do not use SΛBLE if you are under 18. Chargeback fraud from minors will be reported.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in Discord #announcements. Continued use = acceptance.
